Warming up after a chilly start as high pressure moves in

Good morning and happy Wednesday! Today we start off cold, but will be slowly warming up.

Temperatures this morning will only be in the lower 20s. We will have a clear sky. Winds will be from the northwest between five to ten mph.. We may even start off with some frost this morning. The growing season has started for some plants in Huntingdon County, so there is a Freeze Warning there until 9 am.
